A couple that’s been living together in the house they jointly owned since 2000, decide to get married in 2005. By 2007 they want a divorce when one spouse acknowledges another woman’s involved. They continue to live in the same house until the situation becomes the motive for a brutal murder/suicide. Why does the press refer to them as roommates or ex-lovers when they were a married couple with serious domestic issues? Why did they drop the references to Bush Derangement Syndrome?

AP: Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was less than upfront in his half-hour commercial Wednesday night about the costs of his programs and the crushing budget pressures he would face in office.

Strategy Page: All this does not look good for the Taliban or al Qaeda. As Islamic radicals have so often done over the centuries, their violence and abrasive attitudes eventually turn most Moslems against them, and that’s exactly what is happening here.
