Some questions. Did Obama hint at dropping the public option? Yes or No. Gibbs says No. What?

Another question. Say that the dreaded “Public Option” is dropped from this horrid health care scheme, what does it really mean anyway? I think this opinion piece from the Wall Street Journal puts it rather nicely.

It appears that some Dems may actually listen to their constituents. Rep Allen Boyd of Florida has the right idea. Start Over!

This video is great! Some people are creeped out about Americans exercising their right to the 2nd Amendment….like this CNN news feller. The lefties just can’t hide it. What is amazing to me is that he doesn’t understand why people are bringing weapons to protest Obama. He even seems to allude to the idea that of all Presidents, people shouldn’t bring guns to Obama protest rallies. I think that of “All” Presidential protest rallies that Obama is distinctly the ONE President that needs to be reminded that Americans cherish the 2nd Amendment. See video below.

The lefties originally tried to make hay over the Obama poster painted like the Joker from Batman, as if it were a right wing crazy group that created it. Turns out that a lefty Palestinian who likes Kucinich created the original picture. If that doesn’t make you step back and go, hmmmmm???? nothing will. In the end, one can only conclude that he prefers one clown over another.

Huckabee says a 2 state solution in the Holy Land is unrealistic. He suggests we should create a State for the Palestinians somewhere else. But where?

And some of you folks claimed that Bush was an idiot.

Look, I’m as interested in science as much as the next guy but this is the type of story that drives me out of my mind. Scientists claim to find the amino acid glycine in the “tail” of a comet and come to the conclusion that this bolsters the idea that life originated somewhere else. OK, 1st question - How do we know that this comet did not pick up this amino acid from a source here on Earth? Is it possible that one of the comets or asteroids that collided with Earth epochs ago spewed these amino acids into the atmosphere and beyond? Further, there are some 20 proteins needed as building blocks in order to have the complex patterns of life we see here on Earth (according to science). This is how science said that Glycine Acids were created “First, the gases in the “atmosphere” reacted to form a suite of simple organic compounds, including hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and aldehydes (compounds containing the group CHO ). The aldehydes then combined with ammonia and hydrogen cyanide to generate intermediary products called aminonitriles, which interacted with water in the “ocean” to produce amino acids and ammonia. Glycine was the most abundant amino acid, resulting from the combination of formaldehyde (CH2O), ammonia and hydrogen cyanide” - source.

If the Earth was seeded with this Amino Acid….how did it reproduce? Not to mention, the complex manner in which these simple building blocks had to combine in order to spring forth the most simplistic of life processes is somewhat incredible. As well, the Earth’s exact position in this Solar System in proximity to the Sun and Moon provides the most spectacular scenario to sustain rich life as we see today. A cosmic accident? Further, why is it so difficult to believe that an amino acid in space exists apart from Earth, if that be the case? If the Universe is rich with life, the basic question is unchanged….where did it come from?
